Leasing office staff are very friendly and responsive. Move in process was smooth and resident portal is user friendly. I ... love my unit (layout, features, etc.). So far my unit is quiet with respectful neighbors. The location is wonderful and I am really enjoying walking to Wash Park, S Pearl St, great options for restaurants/coffee houses, and convenience to Sprouts. Plenty of bin space to drop recyclables.
